Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach
My career and joy in life has always been health and wellbeing .
Being from a family of teachers, it was instilled in me from a young age the value and fulfilment there is in education, knowledge and most importantly helping people reach their goals and potential.
At 17, I moved to Austria after being accepted into the National Ski Academy of Austria (SBSSV). For 8 years I worked in one of Europe's most prestigious Ski schools. Being surrounded by some of the most elite skiers in Europe I developed my coaching skills by learning from the best. Coaching in a foreign language and with a multitude of ethnicities and ages, I was able to hone my skills and abilities to adapt to any situation. I am a fully qualified personal trainer(Reps), strength and conditioning coach and mobility specialist .
I'm a competitive Powerlifter and just recently won the Scottish National Title for my weight class. I also have a black belt Karate . Even though these sports are polar opposites, they all have these things in common power, movement and flexibility.
I work with professional athletes and the everyday gym goer and it never ceases to amaze me how much potential people don't realise they have . The only limitations that people have are the ones that they place on themselves.

My proudest moment was NOT working with an athlete achieve their greatest potential but rather taking a 33 year old man who had two hip replacements due to a tumor and turning his life around. We worked together to enable him to walk pain free , giving him a much improved quality of life . By teaching everyday movement patterns, improving his mobility and most importantly building his confidence we were able to fulfill his potential. This for me is the most satisfying part of my job.
I have been successful because | understand how the body moves and how to maximise performance. Whatever your goals are , big or small, you're only a few and easy steps away from making those big changes.
