We have put together easy to read information based on up to date evidence. We don’t advocate one particular diet or eating plan. Nor do we recommend or sell any weight management products.

A lot of our emphasis is on our eating behaviour and habits. Lots of us are living with eating behaviours that we have developed over the years. Often these get in the way of us maintaining healthy eating habits.
In our blogs we explore the science behind body weight and discuss health problems that can be related to being a higher body weight. Our aim is to support those who are trying to lose weight to improve their health by helping them make small changes.
